Thanksgiving Thankfulness

Hello everyone. :)

I had intended to post another hair tutorial this week, but will need to wait until another week on that. :)

Since Thanksgiving is soon to be here, I would like to spend some time giving thanks.

First of all, I am thankful for my Heavenly Father. Without Him, life is empty. God is the source of all true joy, love and peace. I love these Bible texts which draw my heart out in thankfulness to my God.

"The eyes of all wait upon thee; and thou givest them their meat in due season. Thou openest thine hand, and satisfiest the desire of every living thing. The LORD is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works. The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth." Psalm 145:15-18 (KJV) https://www.kingjamesbibleonline.org/Psalms-145-15/

Secondly, I am thankful for my family. I am truly blessed to be born into the family I was born into. I love both my immediate family and my extended family. If any of you are reading this, and I suspect that some of you are, I just want to let you know that I love you.

Thirdly, I am thankful for my friends. I am blessed to be associated with so many people. Friends add much to my life. Friends are important. Friends make life better. I pray that I will be a good friend to everyone that I meet. I am incredibly thankful for my friends and I hope to make many more. :) Love to you all as well. :)

I am also thankful for animals. Many domesticated animals are such loving, forgiving, sweet, loving, compassionate and affectionate beings (I realize that they are affected by sin just like we are). What would life be like without them? Dogs and cats have added much to my life.

I will stop here, but I really do have much more to be thankful for. I hope that all of you will take time to recount your blessings too. :)

Happy Thanksgiving!
